    TrustMark is the only UK government endorsed standards scheme for tradespeople working in the home improvement industry. Being TrustMark registered demonstrates that a company is dedicated to working to the highest standards, building consumer trust, and giving homeowners peace of mind that they are employing a reputable trader.

    SafeContractor is a Market-Leading Contractor Accreditation recognised by 35000 contractors and 480 big name brands.To achieve the SafeContractor Approved status, a business must prove that they are a safe and responsible company. This involves ensuring that all paperwork is complaint with current legislation and that processes are in place to ensure health and safety is handled in the best way possible.

    The Energy Efficiency Association is a UK based trade association set up in 2018 to help coordinate communication and collaboration within the field of Energy Efficiency. We are dedicated to linking the energy and housing sectors together in order to maximise the benefits of energy efficiency and to ensure access for millions of low-income residents.

  • RECC

    RECC sets out high consumer protection standards for businesses who are selling or leasing renewable energy generation systems to domestic consumers. RECC is approved by Chartered Trading Standards Institute as part of the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme and is also a TrustMark Scheme Operator.

    The Installation Assurance Authority is the industry body that provides assurance framework under a single compliance platform and covers consumer protection, technical guidance, Certification, Competent Persons Scheme (CPS), installer surveillance, monitoring, training and carding.

    The IAA framework gives homeowners, key stakeholders, and funders the confidence that insulation work is carried out to the highest standards and subject to a level of rigor and surveillance which helps ensure it is done ‘Right first time’. For members our quality assurance framework will provide the unique association with an organisation that is leading the way in delivery a sustainable and professional insulation industry.

    Qualitymark Protection has been actively safeguarding consumer investments in home improvements for over 26 years. In this time, we’ve helped the home improvement industry raise installation standards, strengthened our vetting & accreditation procedures provided consumers with quality financial protection. Before we are able to supply any insurance, the installer must successfully complete our accreditation process. This involves providing evidence of their financial stability and installation competency. All accredited installers are monitored to ensure they continue to meet our required standards.
